NATURAL INTELLIGENCE
Autumn Retreat at QUANTUM LEAPS in Golden, BC
FALL 2026
There is a system inside you older than any technology you use. It regulates, restores, and reorganizes — when you let it.
Modern life doesn't break this system. It drowns it out. The noise accumulates.
The inputs multiply. And somewhere beneath all of it, your body is still running its original code — patient, intact, waiting.
Natural Intelligence is what emerges when the conditions are finally right.
Four days in the mountains of Golden, BC. No optimization. No performance. Just the practice of returning to the one system that was never broken — your own.
This is not a luxury escape. It is a deliberate return to clarity — through the body, the breath, and the land.

The intention of this retreat is simple: to return your attention to where it belongs, inside your own system. We will work with practices that sharpen focus, settle the nervous system, and restore the body's natural capacity for clarity. Not as concepts to understand, but as direct experiences to move through. Where your attention goes, your reality follows. Most of us have handed that attention over — to screens, to noise, to the constant pull of what's next. This is four days to take it back. Come recalibrate. Come realign. Come remember what you're actually capable of when the signal is clear.
Natural Intelligence offers a return — to the body, to clarity, to the system that was never broken.
Set against the mountains and river valley of Golden, BC, this retreat invites you into four days of deep, intentional practice. Through daily yoga, breathwork, ceremony, organic food, and the grounding force of wild land, we gather to restore what modern life quietly erodes.
Join Andrew, Kelly and guest facilitators for a 3-night, 4-day experience held in community and presence. Together we'll work with the practices and conditions that allow natural intelligence to surface — not by adding more, but by removing what obscures it. A space to go quiet, go deep, and return to signal.
This retreat may be for you if:
Your mind is busy but your body is tired — and you know something needs to shift
You've been moving fast for a long time and can feel the cost of it
You have a practice but it's gotten thin — you're ready to go deeper
You feel overstimulated, overconnected, and undergrounded
You're craving real conversation with people who take this seriously
You know the answers aren't outside you — you just need the conditions to hear them
You sense that clarity is available, but the noise of daily life keeps drowning it out
Through yoga, breathwork, ceremony, sound, live music, and the quiet intelligence of the land, we will work together to reorganize — not by force, but by returning to what the body already knows. As the autumn equinox approaches, the timing is deliberate. Something in the seasonal shift supports exactly this kind of work.
Situated in the Blaeberry Valley at the crossroads of the Rocky and Columbia Mountains, Quantum Leaps Lodge is not a typical retreat venue. It is a living property — organic gardens, old-growth forest, the constant presence of the Blaeberry River, and mountains that don't let you forget where you are.
Most buildings carry no WiFi. Cell service fades naturally. The EMF noise of modern life simply drops away — not as a rule to follow, but as a consequence of where you are. What moves in to fill that silence is exactly what we're here to work with.
Accommodation is spread across the property in a way that gives each person genuine privacy and space. Cabins sit tucked into the forest, each with its own character. The teepee offers something more elemental. Private and shared rooms in the lodge place you at the center of it all. Every option has been chosen to support rest, integration, and the particular kind of quiet this work requires.
For those drawn to a more stripped-down experience, limited camping is available once all rooms are booked. Gear is not provided — come prepared.
Wherever you sleep, the land holds you. That has been true here long before we arrived.
15 minutes from Golden. A world away from everything else.
As we take cues from nature, Autumn is a time to move onward and let go of the past so we can settle into the introspective nature of Winter. It evokes the practitioner to reflect on finding the balance between the light of Summer and the coming darkness of Winter.

The land here has been holding people long before we arrived. We first gathered at Quantum Leaps in 2016, and something took root that hasn't let go. The property itself seems to understand what a retreat is for. It doesn't just host the work. It participates in it.
Accommodation is spread across the property — forest cabins with their own character, a teepee for those drawn to something more elemental, and private and shared rooms in the main lodge. Every option has been chosen to support rest, integration, and the quality of quiet this work requires.
