Inversions can be some of the most intimidating yet beneficial of all the asanas. The intention of practicing these postures so consistently is because of their ability to directly tone, strengthen and energize all the systems of the body, inducing vitality and balance. This workshop is for the practitioner beginning their journey with headstand as we will explore the preparatory postures to develop strength and confidence while working into the full expression with ease and trust.
