Solstice means “standing of the sun” and we can connect to this great turning point in the earth’s yearly cycle by taking a moment to stop, be still and look back at our own unique journey since winter solstice.
Today I have the pleasure of speaking to my dear friend Geha Gonthier, she's a practitioner of Chinese medicine, yoga teacher and an entrepreneur who's such had an adventurous and fascinating life. Her story informs her process and her process is one of service that heals so many.
